Firstly, Gordon came out, actually went up on the roof, and gave in-depth, specific advice as to the best options for us (several other companies gave us incorrect advice via Google Earth quotes, whereas Gordon’s recommendations were consistent and correct throughout). He was also happy to discuss the pros and cons of different product options. Cara then emailed a breakdown of several pricing options. The installation team were great (I was at work but they were super tidy and efficient). Post-installation customer service has been brilliant too, with all warranty documents received. Highly recommend.
